The girl who checked me in was a bit “icy” when I gave her my keys. I did apologize for being about 3 minutes late and she gave me no response. She was very pleasant when she gave me my keys and receipt when my car was done though.

Was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for us. They performed the oil and filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. They noticed a rear brake pad was separating and recommended new rear pads and rotors. They were able to do this during our appointment.

I had a 8 o'clock appointment and they got my truck in at 8 just like the last time no waiting was told it was gonna take 4 hrs I asked if I could get a ride over to the cattle sale about 10 am Doug checked with me around 10 and told me the truck would be done by 10:30 they would of gave me a ride but the sale didn't start till 11am so I waited and drove myself over in my truck the best part is the drive train warranty covered the work figured there would be some excuse why it wouldn't cover but never heard a word about it can't ask for better service than that
