I had a tire issue, I took my Silverado to Jones Chevrolet, Savannah Nottestad was prompt to address the problem. Within an hour she and her crew got me up and going, with a schedule for Tuesday to replace all 4 tires. I was very satisfied. Good job!

We took our vehicle in, took 3 weeks for it to get fixed. Got it back for couple hours drove 10 miles then it died in the middle of a busy hwy with me and my kids in it. Same problem as the first time, now it’s been another week and barely any updates. Not happy with this service, it’s like there is no rush to get it done and we are not receiving a loaner vehicle even though there are several sitting there. It’s like they are just putting bandaids on and not fixing the actual problem, very frustrating and expensive.

During the coldest part of this winter, our car battery totally died! I immediately called Jones, and they got us in for a new battery the same morning. After a 'jump start" from our daughter, we were on our way there. The service was excellent, and correct!

I was able to get my vehicle in to be hooked to the diagnostic equipment immediately when I called. They analyzed it and were able to get it scheduled to be repaired in a few days. In the meantime I was able to get a loaner car.

While I have repeatedly had quality experience, this past one was well below par. My car had recently been repaired at Jones, and a day later the "Check Engine Light" turned on. We scheduled a return appointment - and that is the one to which I currently refer. The light was engaged due to the previous technician not clearing the error codes from the computer system. Because it took such a long time and effort to discover the mistake, my wife was informed she would have to pay for services rendered, even though the needed work was solely due to the previous error. I am hopeful that this is not a harbinger - and that Jones will return to their normal quality service.

I brought my vehicle in for front brake work after i inspected them. I told the service department I needed brake work the front brake caliper was frozen because oof the caliper bracket. I got a phone call from Breanna saying my car was done and the mechanic didn't find anything wrong. So now I am going to be fixing myself. Which doesn't me as much as getting charged a 186 dollars for nothing a blind man could see the problem. I will never e back to buy a car or get service but I am bringing in the parts I take off the car to show the service manager what his certificate mechanic couldn't see
